Fireworks Den Delivery Information
Here at Fireworksden, we endeavour to provide the best personal delivery service available.
Deliveries are only available within the M25, 7 days a week at the best value price. A weekend or same day delivery service can be arranged for the London M25 area subject to agreed transportation costs.
FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £250.
The standard 3-5 working day delivery cost for the UK is £15 per order. All deliveries will be made between 9.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. An enhanced delivery service may be available at extra cost subject to availability.

All deliveries will require a signature. In the interests of security and for the protection of our customers, we will deliver goods to the card holders’ address only – unless by special arrangement.
When goods are dispatched, notification will be sent or telephoned giving details of the consignment.
Deliveries cannot be left at the delivery address without a verified signature.
It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that someone is at the address within the specified delivery times to accept the delivery. A charge may be made where a delivery has been attempted and refused through no fault of our own or our carriers. Where delivery has been attempted and not made, the goods will be returned to us. Goods will not automatically be re-delivered.
On receipt of the goods, please check the number of boxes and inspect them for any signs of damage before signing for them. Any shortages or damage must be noted on the delivery documents. All claims for shortages must be notified to Fireworksden within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
All products sold by us on our website are tested for conformity to the British Standard 7114. They are supplied on the condition that they will only be used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided. Fireworksden reserves the right to substitute any items which are not available. Any substitutions will be made to an equivalent value or greater. In addition, any substitution will be as similar as possible to the unavailable firework.
Where applicable, Fireworksden complies with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, in that it offers a 7 day cancellation period from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer. In the event of cancellation the customer must notify us by email (see contact us). Fireworks are hazardous goods, and as such can only be returned by specialised carrier. Upon receipt of cancellation, Fireworksden will notify the customer of how and when the goods will be collected. In the event of cancellation, a charge equal to the cost of the company of recovering the goods will be made to the customer. Cancellation prior to dispatch will receive a full refund.
